The halterneck dress and its elasticated pocket have loops for the belt to slide through. The pocket can also be worn instead as a mini shoulder bag when the dress is worn loose. The dress is designed to last several seasons and can even be worn as a tunic later on. Seams are all sewn as french seams; binding and ribbons are in contrasting colour.
