How to order:

Choose one of these bags, add it to basket, checkout and I'll contact you to confirm your colour choices, initials (if selected) and any additional requests - please leave your email address and also a phone number you can be reached on. 
Colours:
Chart shows main colours and contrast colours for all bags except Jasmine bag.  For Jasmine bag I have a large selection of the recycled T-shirt yarn, including navy, anthracite/black - please ask for shades you are interested in and I will send you digital samples to select from.

Colour availability will depend on yarn stock and bag/yarn type.  Sizes of bags are approximate due to the nature of the yarn and the hand made process.

An additional personal touch: have mum's initials put on a wooden bead - heart/star shaped or wooden disc.

Caring for bags: Wash gently by hand and leave to air dry - reshape as required.

Nautical Knot Bag

The nautical knot bag is designed and crocheted by me using recycled ribbon yarn  (including the rope tie). 

It comes in 3 handy sizes - even the smallest is roomy enough for all your essentials.  The largest is really capacious and perfect if you're shopping or travelling (stuff your last minute travel purchases in it too!)

The long handle passes underneath the short handle to keep your bag closed (in the Japanese knot bag style) and it's long enough to wear as a comfy over the shoulder number.

For extra security, you can tie the rope to keep everything inside in place. An AHSC printed cork logo label is attached to one side.

You can also use this bag in basket mode, as it's crocheted in the round too.  Just tuck the handles inside and stash your yarn etc!

Bobble Basket Bag

The bobble basket bag is designed and crocheted by me using recycled ribbon yarn  (including the rope tie) and recycled T-shirt yarn for the strap.  It can be made into a handy basket, as it has been crocheted in the round - just either remove the strap or tuck it inside.

It comes in two sizes: small - a cute holiday bag or for when you want to travel a little lighter holding all your essential items; large - a perfect beach bag that you can also carry through to evening (especially if you add some metallic yarn for the "bobbles"!).

The rope strap can be easily adjusted to wear the bag either cross body (single strap) or over the shoulder (two straps).

Choose to add a magnetic snap fastener at the top edge to keep the bag closed.  AHSC printed cork logo label is attached to one side.

Mid Century Hexagon Bag

Inspired by mid century colours and the current trend for all things granny square, this bag is designed and crocheted by me using only recycled ribbon yarn.  You can opt for different trim colours (the picture shows Spicy Ocre trim), whilst the central section in shades from black/anthracite through to off-white stay true to the design.

The rope strap can be easily adjusted to wear the bag either cross body (single strap) or over the shoulder (two straps) and is trimmed with a tactile tassel.

There's enough room inside the bag for all your daily and holiday essentials, and the strong mid grey gusset means that the bag stands easily by itself - handy when you want to keep something inside upright!

Jasmine Bag

This bag 

is designed and crocheted by me using recycled T-shirt yarn (please note that T-shirt yarn stock and therefore available colours change constantly due to the nature of this yarn - it's waste from the European textile industry).

Jasmine stitch is considered to be one of the hardest crochet stitches to master - it has a pretty star/flower texture and produces a lovely firm texture.  The bag features wooden rings supporting either a shoulder bag strap or a convertible cross body/shoulder strap - your choice! 

A magnetic snap fastener is attached at the top edge to keep the bag closed.  AHSC printed cork logo label is stitched to one side.

Dimensions: height = 2cm, width = 30cm, depth = 6cm.

Market Bag

This bag has cork leather straps just long enough to go over your shoulder and a square base that stands on its own when filled - perfect for shopping in the market or even on the beach.  It's very durable and strong, whilst remaining stylish!
