Refund policy

A heart shaped cherry will gladly accept order/item returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Order Cancellations:

To cancel your order, you must request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase - please contact me using reply from your order confirmation email.

Order/Item Returns:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery of your order, to confirm that you wish to return/exchange an item or order. These items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery to you.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
