Learn essential crochet skills over 4 weeks - go from absolute beginner to newbie crocheter!  Get ready for cosy Autumn crochet projects!

If you’ve never crocheted before or you learnt a long time ago and need taking back to basics - this course is ideal for you.

Come and learn to crochet at the fabulous Westbury Arts Centre (Milton Keynes) - over the course, we will cover the basics, including:

• how to hold the yarn and hook;
• foundation chain, double crochet, treble crochet and more!

We will then go on to start a small project, which you can finish at home.  Finally, we will learn a basic granny square - the perfect crochet building block.

This is the perfect opportunity to take your first crochet steps, with a patient and experienced tutor’s guidance all the way and at a pace to suit all beginners.  

For the duration of the course and for as long as you would like it after, you will have access to my online videos to recap on course content.

• The course runs for 4 weeks - dates to be confirmed.
• Sessions start at 7pm promptly and end at 9pm.
• All materials will be supplied, including all the yarn and hook(s) you will need, a recycled cotton project bag and a pattern for your first crochet pattern.
• The maximum workshop size will be kept to a small group, to ensure sufficient individual guidance during the session.
• Tea & coffee is provided.
