Skills required: double crochet (bag is crocheted in the back loop), slip stitch, magic loop, carrying yarn (tapestry style) whilst you crochet with another colour. Video clips available for additional stitches required.
The striped seaside bobble beach bag is designed by me and uses wonderful recycled yarns from Hoooked. Here's THREE fabulous reasons to buy this kit:

It's a great holiday project - something to keep you occupied on the beach PLUS you have a very roomy beach bag to use, once finished!
It can also be made into a handy basket, as it has been crocheted in the round - just either remove the strap or tuck it inside. Pack in your beach essentials, take it souvenier shopping and even out to dinner (to tuck that cardy in until you need it - especially if you're planning a British holiday)!
Simply choose which colours you would like for your bag:
* yellow/blue/white
* navy/red/off-white
* green/plum/off-white
Please note: due to the nature of Zpagetti yarn - trimmings from the textile industry, I will send either a neutral shade for the handles - as per pictures, or a shade to co-ordinate with the yarn(s) you choose.
Approx finished bag measurements (without handles): height above circular base=28cm; base=32cm diameter; widest point of bag=46cm; width at bag opening=38cm.
This kit requires a hook, size 8 mm (depending on your tension) - you can add one to your kit for an additional £3.

- All recycled cotton yarn required: 2 x 250g ball of Hoooked Ribbon XL yarn, additional contrast Ribbon XL for bobbles etc, plus a length of Hoooked Zpagetti yarn (for handles)
- Pattern printed on recycled paper
- Pattern Folder (with cut out gift tag on reverse) made from kraft card
- Recycled Cotton Project Bag - use to carry your project whilst you make your bag AND/OR you can gift your finished bag inside it instead of wrapping paper (just add the gift tag and you have all you need!)
- Additional FREE pattern + fixings - make something EXTRA with the yarn I use to package your kit with (one per order).
